Stayed for just one night , used this hotel because of its closeness to a restaurant we love. The hotel staff were friendly ,the room was spacious and clean,and the beds were comfortable.

The staff in this hotel were absolutely lovely, efficient, helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was fabulous. I have stayed in 5* hotels and not had breakfast and service half as good.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location for everything in Leicesters and is easy to find. The food at both dinner and breakfast was of a good standard. The room was both comfortable and clean.
