Great hotel
Lovely place well situated and fantastic staff.
I will use the hotel again when I visit my friend in wigston.
Breakfast was very tasty I think my only complaint on that is the tea was stewed having sat in a pot with several t bags in .
I do much prefer a fresh brew.
That being said thank you for a great 2 nights I’ll be back soon.
Super dog friendly!! 10/10
First time staying in a hotel with a dog (needed to escape the heatwave in some aircon!). Saw Holiday Inns are “pet friendly” but didn’t know what to expect tbh. Imagined this to mean they’ll tolerate dogs but really you should be keeping them quiet and out of the way…
Couldn’t have been further from this, all the staff were so friendly and accepting and made a fuss of him. Offered a water bowl etc for the room if we needed it. Invited us to use the bar, restaurant and workspace if we needed as all dog friendly too. No additional charge for the dog to stay (they took a £50 deposit to cover any damage but this was refunded in check out).
Really lovely stay and such a relief; I felt so much more comfortable from the moment we arrived. Extra thanks to the manager in the checkered trousers and the new lady training on the front desk on Monday who were both so nice, made me feel welcome and made a fuss of Dougal.
Would 100% recommend if you need to stay somewhere with a pet.
Nice hotel
We were only two days in this hotel. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of options. The room had everything we needed and was great it had AC. The only negative points it has that for the second floor no lift and to go to the centre you have but pick a bus but on the whole our experience there was great
Nice hotel 👌
Went for a couple of nights since it was close to my graduation ceremony at the UOL. There is a slbus stage a few metres away and can travel to leicester centre in a couple of minutes. Arrival ticket only £7 per day per couple. The hotel was very clean and service was excellent both at reception and room service. Breakfast was good also with different items to choose from. Surely recommend it for a stay at Leicester.

Maybe a machine would be better ..restaurant our dinners were great definitely stay here again great value and great service by all staff
Very good
Must admit, the hotel doesn't look much from the outside but our room was great. We overlooked the fields at the back, bed was large and really comfortable and the bathroom was excellent, best shower ever had. The staff were all really friendly and very helpful at breakfast which was excellent - lots of choice to include hot & cold to help yourself. Parking also free. Would definitely recommend
Short Break
We were impressed by the friendliness of all the staff we met on a two night stay - from reception, bar/restaurant, housekeeping, and breakfast - a really good team.
Our room was very spacious with king bed, L shaped sofa, easy chair, desk chair and worktop, small occasional table, good sized wardrobe, mini fridge and drawers. The bathroom was quite compact, but the walk in shower was excellent.
Our evening meals in the Bella Italia Restaurant were first class, and breakfasts offered everything we could wish for.
We will be back.
