My stay was fantastic will definitely go back
I loved the room very clean liked the fact that there was a little table and sofa in the room, the bathroom and shower was amazing. The staff was helpful made the stay lovely next time I will try the spa.
Clean, spacious, comfortable room.
We stayed in an Executive room for the second time whilst visiting family. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. We were provided with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and crisps. We had forgotten our toothpaste but were able to get a small complimentary pack from reception. It didn't matter to us but we did notice that the only coat hangers were above the room safe so there was nowhere to hang dresses if you had some with you. There was a higher hanging rail without hangers so maybe you could get spare hangers from reception. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Comfy bed, friendly staff, good breakfast. We were made guests of the day which was a nice surprise. Bar staff organised a sandwich lunch for us when we arrived. Special mention for Helen.

A lovely hotel with great staff who went extra mile to assist. Lovely room clean and everything worked. Breakfast was also top draw. All In all will stay again when next in the area.

Staff were great, professional and friendly. The room was clean and had everything I needed, very quiet, good aircon (was quite warm this weekend) and a comfy bed. Enjoyed my meals in the restaurant. Will be back again when my events are in this area!
Game, Set and Match - Excellent Customer Service
I do not normally make the effort to write a review of a hotel. I felt obliged to do so on this occasion due to the excellent customer service of the staff. I made the original reservation through a third party booking service a few days before travel. My trip to Leicester was to play in a Tennis Tournament. I had intended to travel down and stay over the night before my match. A couple of days prior to my travel I was notified by the Tournament that my match was scheduled much later in the day than I had expected. I attempted to swap my booking to the following day and spoke to several Reception staff by phone. Emma, Bianca and Shezad were all extremely helpful in arranging this to happen, despite the complication of booking through a Third Party Site. They demonstrated excellent customer service and patience. The room was exceptionally clean with a modern design. The bed and pillows were among the most comfortable I have slept in. Perfect to relax and recover from a tiring day's Tennis competition. The excellent friendly Service continued in the Restaurant/Bar with Cameron. Who was polite, attentive and recommended the Sea Bass and Chocolate Orange Cake. Which were both delicious. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.
