Highly recommend stay at this Holiday Inn in Leicester. The is the best ine where you are cared fot very well by management and staff. Also, this hotel places bottled water in their rooms, unlike other Holiday Inn where I stayed at in London.
Warm, friendly and welcoming
First of all the receptionist on duty when I arrived and when I left was brilliant. Warm, friendly and welcoming. A real credit to your company. Second the hotel was really nice and clean and it was superbly located. Couldn’t have been better

Warm welcome on checking in with Basim went above and beyond to make our nights stay lovely. Room was big and bed comfortable. Breakfast value for money. Nothing everything was great

Stage Kitchen, excellent service
I was surprised by the extensive menu, there’s definitely something for every taste. We were served by Helen and Kusum, who were excellent. A very enjoyable meal.

I recently visited Stage Kitchen, and I was really impressed! The service was spot on, with a huge menu choice that catered extremely well for dietary needs. I’d like to give a special mention to Kusum and Helen, who were both very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Their recommendations were great and made the experience even better. The portion sizes for both the starters and mains were very generous, and the presentation and quality of the dishes were excellent. The reception and lounge areas were modern, bright, and very welcoming — a lovely atmosphere overall. I would definitely return to this venue and highly recommend it to others!
Great customer service
We came to the bar for coffee, but there was no one there at the time, so we went to the reception to ask about it. The receptionist, Bassem, kindly made coffee for us himself using the Starbucks machine. We really appreciated his helpfulness and great customer service, an excellent example of true customer care!
