Friendly and Welcoming
Easy to find a space and park, welcoming, bright reception and lovely reception staff. The room was clean and fresh looking and the bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was tasty and reasonable value at £12. Everything was good thanks. The Asian lady (with glasses) who checked me in was professional, friendly and welcoming. After a long drive from West Wales it was really nice to have such a pleasant experience. She’s a credit to the hotel.

Great room. Great staff. Particularly receptionist. Very helpful. Helped me many times when I needed help or direction. I think her name is Nicola... Mat at the bar was pretty good as well.

We had a good night stay
We had a good night stay. The room was clean and comfortable, Large bed in premium room. A wonderful shower. Friendly check in and good breakfast - it wasn't included in my stay, but was worth adding it and great selections in breakfast. We also had dinner at the hotel and that was great.
