Terms and Conditions for Holiday Inn Leicester Wigston Christmas Party Ticket Competition

  1. Competition Overview
    The competition is hosted by Holiday Inn Leicester Wigston (the "Promoter") on the Holiday Inn Leicester Wigston Facebook and Instagram accounts (the "Social Platforms"). The prize is 5 tickets to our All-Inclusive Christmas Party Night on 14th December.
  2. Eligibility
    The competition is open to residents of the UK, aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter.
  3. How to Enter
    To enter the competition, participants must:
    • Follow the Holiday Inn Wigston Instagram or Facebook account.
    • Tag 5 friends in the competition post who they would like to bring to the Christmas Party.
  4. Competition Period
    The competition will run from 12.11.2024 until 24.11.2024 10:00AM (the "Competition Period"). Entries submitted after this period will not be considered.
  5. Winner Selection and Notification
    • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
    • The winner will be announced on 25th November on the Holiday Inn Leicester Wigston Social Platforms.
    • The winner will be contacted via the Social Platform they used to enter the competition and must respond within 36 hours. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, the prize will be offered to another participant.
  6. Prize Details
    • The prize consists of 5 tickets to the All-Inclusive Christmas Party Night on 14th December.
    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  7. Publicity
    By entering the competition, participants agree that their name may be used in publicity material relating to the competition.
  8. Data Protection
    Any personal information provided by entrants will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy and will not be shared with any third parties without consent.
  9. General Conditions
    • The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice.
    • By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
